The Life-Run charity race is a friendly competition that brings running to life. Here, the focus is not on time, but on laughter, community, and support for people with HIV/HCV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses. Around 500 participants, including runners, cyclists, and wheelchair users, can choose between 5 or 10 kilometers to make a statement for greater acceptance. The proceeds benefit the Berlin AIDS Help, and at the finish line, everyone receives a certificate and a participation medal.

Highlights

  • With the run on Tempelhofer Feld, the association aims to raise awareness for greater acceptance of people with HIV/HCV/AIDS and other chronic illnesses.
  • Participants can choose between a distance of 5 or 10 kilometers. They can run, ride a bike, use a wheelchair, or walk.
  • All runners will be provided with water and fruit at the start/finish, and at the finish, there will be a certificate and participation medal.
